The 360-Athlete is a training program for athletic development and athletic performance for speed sports that require rotational training. Those sports are Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Hockey, and Volleyball.
This training uses the SPORTLATES Philosophy which is composed of four training methods: Accumen Vision Training, Torque I, Torque II, 360Aquatics and 360Recovery.
