Return, Refund and Replacement Policy for Items

All of our products are customized and final sale. Unfortunately, once an order has gone it cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product.
However, if the order has been printed and there is an error, we will work with you to receive the returned item and, either replace it or make you a refund. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage.
If an order is returned to 360Athlete for an incorrect address, then 360Athlete will reship the order at the expense of the purchaser. If purchaser does not pay for it to be reshipped, then the order will not be refunded.
