TORQUE I emphasizes the methodology of Sportlates where movements are fluid, efficient and optimized to relax quicker the muscles to have to produce power and faster contractions. These skills are the base for our advanced program TORQUE II.
We evaluate, train, re-evaluate and train again, based on weaknesses, strengths and the sports specific needs of the individual.
